We ensure your Capital District
apartment home is 100% move-in ready. A thorough cleaning, professionally cleaned carpet, fresh paint, and all equipment is tested for proper operation.
At Capitol District, we can take care of your service needs if you are not home and will leave notes detailing the work completed.
We do have on-site maintenance. Our maintenance technicians are in the Capitol District building from Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm and are on call 24/7 for apartment related emergencies.
