Capitol District Apartments is a canine and feline friendly community. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for one pet and $450 for two pets. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet. Pet fee is waived with proof of adoption from Nebraska Humane Society. Breed and weight restrictions apply.
The Capitol District Apartments is a non-smoking community.
