|Recommended: NoIt's ok, overpriced. — It is overpriced, management is meh. Workout room is lackluster. Music is loud. It's ok.

|Recommended: YesOverall nice — It is a lot louder then I expected I didn’t know you would be able to hear others so easily I just assumed the music from the bars below get pretty loud but overall walls are fairly thin and the grocery cart is never on the fourth floor so that is a little bit of a hassle since the parking structure is very far and there are so many doors to enter and hold carrying things. Never really thought about it until I am like “where’s the cart ” On grocery day. Locations good. I feel safe.
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are excited to report that we have a new flatbed dolly for the 4th floor to assist with moving larger items. The current cart is being repaired and will be placed back in this location as well. There is an additional cart that you are welcome to utilize parked outside the management office door on the 2nd floor. |Recommended: YesIt’s a great place to live Be aware of constant construction in immediate surroundings... — It’s a very convenient location in terms of proximity to Creighton, the airport, and not being in the heart of what’s considered “downtown”. The people who live here are mostly friendly, especially the dog owners We enjoy being able to pop down to the courtyard for a drink or a quick bite to eat If you’re in to people watching, this is the place to be

The Capitol District Apartments is centered in a lively entertainment district that has entertainment, crowds and events going on regularly. While we are surrounded by all this activity, we do want to ensure that each resident can come home and settle for the evening. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there is every anything that we can do to resolve noise concerns within the building.

|Recommended: YesDowntown living at its best — When it comes to downtown living the Capitol District Apartments has been a great place to live. The apartments are very up to date, bright, and well maintained. Numerous dining and entertainment options are within convenient walking distance in all directions. Property management has been helpful and prompt with all requests, and overall it has been a wonderful experience living here

|Recommended: YesFor downtown it's pretty good — The noise can be a bit much sometimes, especially outside on a weekend but what can ya do . Property management is personable and easily available to contact. Great events hosted by management that pay for drinks at the local bars.

|Recommended: YesModern, clean, but lacking character community — The apartments are nice and feel clean safe, but the walls are a pretty thin so you'd have to hope you don't get stuck next to a pianist or avid bedtime Family Guy watcher like me. Parking pricing is high and you can't decorate your door for the holidays boo , but the community rooms are a nice additive and the courtyard is a great space, just wish these spaces were utilized more for community events.
