|Recommended: YesExcellent location, lot of nearby attractions within walking distance , professional staff — Overall safe and friendly personnel and tenants. Maintenance personnel are spot on. Inner courtyard facing rooms do suffer from elevated night time noise recommend sound absorbing panel and curtains . Fourth floor occasionally smells of marijuana. Recommend acquiring your own cart wagon dolly for transporting heavy or large quantity of goods from parking garage to your apartment.

|Recommended: YesThis property is filled with friendly people and offers anything you could think of food, games, bars, activities, events, etc. — Living in the Capitol District has been an amazing choice, there is always something to do and eat. So much fun
